All questions & helpYes. The current invitation pilot is free, with no payments or subscriptions. An invitation does not guarantee eligibility or enough available data for a report.
You can explore the sample report now, or ask Stevan about the pilot. Requests currently require an invitation. Asking about the pilot does not guarantee admission.
A request does not book an inspection. You can request a report alone or ask to discuss a visit with Rembrandt. Availability, permission, and the scope of a visit are arranged separately.
The guide’s model, age estimates, and nearby records cannot confirm current roof condition, damage, a need for repair or replacement, or insurance coverage. An on-site inspection checks condition. Learn what the report can show.
