About StormShield
Roof information, with a person behind it.
A clearer view of your roof starts with understandable information and someone you can talk to about it.
A useful starting point
Bring the pieces together.
A roof can be hard to understand from the ground. Property records, roof shapes, and nearby weather history each tell part of the story. Knowing how those pieces fit together can help you ask better questions.
StormShield brings that information into a homeowner guide: an approximate roof model, available records, and points to discuss during a closer look. Sources and limitations stay with the information so you can see what is known and what still needs checking.
Every eligible pilot report is personally reviewed by Stevan Merrifield before it is shared. You have a real person to contact about the report or a correction.

Useful information. Clear limits.
Show where it came from.
Available property and weather records carry their sources. Nearby weather is context for the area, not a reading taken on your roof.
Make uncertainty visible.
Roof models are approximate. Missing records and unresolved details remain visible, with questions for an inspection where needed.
Keep a person involved.
Stevan checks the property and finished report before sharing it. Personal report review is separate from an on-site inspection.
The professional relationship
StormShield and Rembrandt.
StormShield is a homeowner information product. Stevan is also a Sales & Project Manager at Rembrandt Roofing & Restoration. Inspection discussions during the current pilot take place with Rembrandt.
You can request the report on its own. If you would like an inspection, you can ask when requesting your report or after receiving it. A visit is arranged separately; a report request does not book an appointment.

The current pilot
Local. By invitation. Personally reviewed.
The invitation pilot is free for eligible homes within 60 miles, measured in a straight line, of the Springboro office. Location and available records are checked before preparation.
Reports are prepared individually. An invitation does not assure sufficient data, and there is no promised delivery date.
No invitation yet? Ask Stevan about the pilot.
