What StormShield provides

StormShield is a free invitation pilot from Rembrandt Roofing and Restoration LLC. We organize available property records, approximate roof geometry, and historical weather into an individually prepared homeowner report. A person reviews each report before delivery. This is informational support for deciding what an inspection should examine.

Eligibility and requests

You must be an adult and own the property or have its owner’s permission. Use the code and email address from your invitation and provide accurate details. The pilot is limited to eligible properties within 60 miles, measured in a straight line, of 38 N. Pioneer Blvd., Springboro, OH 45066. We verify the property’s location and available data before preparing a report. An invitation or submitted address does not guarantee eligibility, sufficient data, or delivery.

Use Request my report to make a real request when intake is open. The separate demo uses fictional form details, sends nothing, and displays a fixed example; it does not analyze an address or book an appointment. The sample report’s review status and limitations are shown on that report.

Understanding your report

Nearby recorded weather is not a measurement at your roof. Modeled airflow and highlighted slopes illustrate possible exposure to a selected historical wind direction; they do not establish actual damage, calibrated roof pressure, or a probability of failure. Models can omit or simplify roof details, nearby buildings, and vegetation.

A home’s building year does not establish the roof’s installation date. Where a replacement-cycle calculation is used, the resulting roof age is an estimate based on the stated assumptions, not a known replacement date, lifespan guarantee, or reason by itself to replace a roof. An inspection or reliable installation record may change that estimate.

Reports are not property surveys, engineering certifications, insurance coverage decisions, or findings that a roof is safe. StormShield does not predict future storms or negotiate insurance claims. A qualified professional’s inspection is needed to assess actual condition. Do not climb onto a roof to act on the report; seek appropriate help for leaks, visible damage, or immediate hazards.

Communication, timing, and cost

Requesting a report authorizes email contact about that request. If you also request an inspection, now or later from your private report, you agree to email contact to arrange it. Neither choice authorizes marketing, automated calls, or texts. An inspection request joins the review desk queue; it does not confirm an appointment or authorize sharing with another contractor. Reports are prepared individually, with no guaranteed delivery date. You can withdraw a pending request or stop contact by emailing the business below.

The pilot has no checkout, subscription, deposit, or report charge. Requesting a report does not obligate you to buy an inspection or roofing service. A later service requires a separate arrangement covering scope, price, scheduling, warranty, and any legally required cancellation notice. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Access and content

Keep your invitation and report access code private. Do not attempt to access another person’s report, misuse an invitation, disrupt the website, or submit information unlawfully. Access can expire or be revoked for security, an incorrect association, or a withdrawn request. Contact us if you need help reopening a report.

You may keep and share your own report for personal use, including discussing it with an inspector. Keep its sources and limitations with any copy and take care when sharing property details. Brand names, logos, software, images, and source materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. Providing a report does not grant rights to reuse those materials commercially or imply endorsement by a public data source.

Mistakes, availability, and your rights

The pilot may change or be temporarily unavailable. Tell us about an error so we can investigate and correct the record where appropriate. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow a business to waive, alter a separate signed roofing agreement, or replace required contract disclosures. This page creates no arbitration requirement or waiver of statutory cancellation rights.

Private inspections and contractor reports

The separate StormShield inspection workspace records findings for a specifically authorized property and assigned organization. A private invitation is not an appointment, contract, payment commitment or permission to inspect areas the homeowner has not authorized. Inspectors must keep access credentials private, observe their own safety procedures, identify areas they could not inspect, and submit only information and photos they are authorized to share. The submit confirmation records the inspection terms version, time and the inspector’s attestation.

Model-derived measurements, nearby weather, homeowner statements and inspector observations remain distinguishable. Submission is not independent verification. A reviewer can request corrections or approve a particular submitted version; approval does not create an engineering certification or insurance coverage decision. Each contractor remains responsible for its own inspection and proposed work. Exported reports retain their sources and limitations. Sharing a case with another contractor requires specific authorization, and that contractor does not automatically receive another organization’s inspection notes.

Agreement and updates

The real request form presents a separate, unchecked terms agreement and records the accepted policy version and time. Updated terms are dated on this page and are not silently substituted for a prior agreement. The Privacy Policy explains how request and report information is handled.
