Yes. The current invitation pilot is free. No payment, subscription, or inspection booking is required to request your report.

You can explore the public sample at any time. A real report request currently needs an invitation. Contact Stevan to ask about the pilot; an invitation and report availability are not assured.

The pilot considers homes within 60 miles, measured in a straight line, of the Rembrandt office in Springboro, Ohio. We check the property location and available records after submission. An invitation does not mean that enough data is available for every home.

They are different. Use your invitation code and invited email address to request a report. When your reviewed report is ready to share, your reviewer provides a separate report access code. Use that code and the report’s email address to open it.

Check that you are on the right page for your code, then use the email address that came with it. If it still does not work, contact Stevan or the person who invited you. Keep access codes private; you do not need to send your code when asking for help.

Reports are prepared individually and personally reviewed. There is no instant analysis or promised delivery date. We contact you at your invited email address about the next step. If you have already submitted a request, keep its reference number for questions or corrections.

No. You can choose a report alone or also ask about an inspection. If you request an inspection, we email you to discuss arranging a visit with Rembrandt. An appointment is arranged separately. You can also ask for an inspection after receiving your report.

The approximate roof model and available property and weather records help explain the home and identify questions for a closer look. Nearby weather records do not establish what happened on your roof. Current roof condition needs inspection evidence, and any inspection findings are reviewed separately.

Available records vary by property, and models can be incomplete or wrong. A report may not be possible for every request. If a report is prepared, its sources and limitations explain what is available. Tell Stevan about a wrong address, roof detail, or remembered installation year so it can be reviewed.

No. The request asks for email contact about your report and, if you select it, arranging an inspection. It does not authorize marketing, automated calls, or texts. An inspection request does not itself authorize sharing your details with another contractor.

The request details are used to check eligibility, prepare and personally review your report, deliver access instructions, and respond to questions or corrections. Other visitors cannot browse your private report. The privacy policy explains the service providers, retention periods, and choices for your information. Keep your report access code private.
