How it works
From your invitation to a clearer picture.
Request your report, let us check the available information, then explore a guide that has been personally reviewed for your home.
Use your invitation.
Enter your invitation code, invited email address, and property details. You need to own the property or have the owner’s permission to request a report.
Choose a report alone or also ask about an inspection. Any roof installation history you know is optional.
Start your report requestWe prepare and review.
We check the property’s location and available records. For an eligible home with sufficient information, we prepare an approximate roof model and bring together the available property and nearby weather history.
Stevan personally checks the property and finished report before it is shared. Reports are prepared individually, with no instant analysis or promised delivery date.
Open your guide. Choose your next step.
We contact you at your invited email address about the next step. When your reviewed report is ready to share, your reviewer provides a separate report access code.
Read it at your own pace, ask about a correction, or discuss an inspection. A report request does not book a visit.

Inside your guide
A few useful ways to look at your home.
Shape and connections.
An approximate roof model makes slopes and connections easier to understand. Available property information adds context; it is not a record of current roof condition.
Weather recorded nearby.
Available historical records show what was recorded in the area, with sources and dates. They do not establish conditions or effects at your particular roof.
Questions for a closer look.
The report explains its limits and identifies questions to discuss during an inspection. You can ask Stevan about anything that is unclear.
The information available varies by home. Explore the public example to see the report format.
If you want a closer look
The report and the visit are separate steps.
A report organizes records and an approximate model. Current condition needs inspection evidence. Personal review of a report is not an on-site inspection.
If you ask about an inspection, we follow up by email to discuss arranging a visit with Rembrandt Roofing & Restoration. You can ask during your initial request or later from your private report.
If a visit takes place, a separately reviewed explanation can be added to your private report, with supported observations, limitations, and next steps.

Free invitation pilot.
The pilot considers homes within 60 miles, measured in a straight line, of the Springboro office. Eligibility and available records are checked after submission. An invitation does not assure a report can be prepared.
No payment, subscription, or inspection booking is required. Find answers to common questions.
