Refund and Cancellation Policy

The StormShield pilot is free

This website has no checkout, subscription, deposit, or paid report. It does not collect payment information or create a payment obligation. Because no payment is taken for a pilot report, there is no report purchase to refund. You are not required to buy an inspection or roofing work to receive an available report.

Withdrawing a request

To stop a pending report request or further contact about it, email the business below and include your request reference if you have one. We will check the request and stop further preparation or delivery where possible. You can also request deletion; the Privacy Policy explains records and copies. The separately labeled fictional demo sends no request and can be closed at any time.

Inspections and roofing contracts

Requesting a StormShield report, calling the business, or following its contact link does not sign a roofing contract or book a paid appointment. Any later inspection or roofing work is covered by its own agreement and applicable consumer law.

Qualifying in-home or other off-premises sales may carry statutory cancellation rights and required notices. This website policy does not replace or waive them. The Ohio Attorney General explains cancellation rights for covered transactions. Contact the business promptly about a separate charge or contract.

If paid services are added

Before any paid report or subscription is offered, its price, deliverable, expected timing, cancellation process, and refund conditions will be presented before purchase. This policy does not authorize a future charge or establish a future no-refund rule.
